Gather necessary test data using SSI resources or supervise gathering of necessary test data by independent testing laboratories

Provide reviews of the contract documents, reviews of the construction installation, prepare observation and testing reports, and make recommendations for remedial action, including concrete crack repairs, joint restoration, resurfacing, coatings, toppings, and maintenance requirements

Observe

Monitor and observe implementation of remedial activity and provide reports of the repair work

Facilitate

Assist in conflict resolution through objective, independent reviews
